Loofah – Loofahs are made from a gourd in the cucumber family. Once the plant is ready for picking the loofah has the skin removed and can then be left to dry until ready to use. Each sponge has been cut to approximately 5cm lengths for use in the bathroom.

Each loofah can be composted at home when no longer fit for purpose as they are completely biodegradable.
